1. Create eye-catching and visually appealing displays and layouts that showcase our brand and products.
2. Utilize creativity and innovation to develop unique and attractive merchandising strategies that align with our brand image and target audience.
3. Collaborate with the store management team to plan and execute merchandising plans that drive sales and meet business objectives.
4. Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and industry developments in order to incorporate them into merchandising strategies.
5. Ensure merchandise is displayed in an organized and visually appealing manner that is in line with company standards.
6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that displays are always fully stocked and visually appealing.
7. Communicate with store management and team members to ensure a cohesive and consistent visual merchandising approach.
8. Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards to maintain a high level of visual presentation across all departments.
9. Conduct regular store walks to assess and improve the overall visual appearance of the store.
10. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
11. Keep track of and report on sales performance of different merchandising strategies to identify successful approaches and areas of improvement.
12. Stay within budget and maintain cost-effective merchandising practices.
13. Continuously evaluate and improve the visual merchandising process to enhance the customer shopping experience.
14. Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times, both in-store and at external events.
