  1. Design and implement visually appealing displays that feature our latest fashion trends and products.
  2. Work closely with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure product placement and displays align with company strategies and goals.
  3. Stay up to date on industry trends and consumer behavior to continuously improve visual merchandising techniques.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and eye-catching displays that align with brand messaging and promotions.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized visual merchandising area, ensuring all products are properly displayed and tagged.
  6. Train and coach store staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques to ensure consistency across all Primark locations.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data to make recommendations for improvements to displays and product placement.
  8. Collaborate with store management to plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays.
  9. Be proactive in identifying and addressing any issues with product availability or display materials.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the Primark brand and providing exceptional customer service.
