  1. Create visually appealing and cohesive displays that showcase the latest fashion trends and products available at Primark.
  2. Utilize excellent design skills to arrange and style merchandise in an attractive and eye-catching manner.
  3. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and incorporate them into displays to engage and attract customers.
  4. Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams to understand product offerings and effectively plan and execute displays.
  5. Ensure that all displays are in line with brand standards and guidelines.
  6. Conduct regular store walks to assess and maintain visual standards throughout the store.
  7. Train and educate store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
  8. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that displays are always fully stocked and visually appealing.
  9. Use creativity and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and find solutions to enhance the overall visual appearance of the store.
  10. Communicate with store management and corporate teams to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement in visual merchandising.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work space and adhere to all safety and health regulations.
  12. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the overall customer shopping experience through impactful visual displays.
  13. Assist with special events and promotions by creating themed displays and installations.
  14. Keep track of industry trends and competitor strategies to remain competitive in the market.
  15. Represent the Primark brand by embodying its values and promoting a positive image to customers.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Creativity And Design Skills, With The Ability To Conceptualize And Execute Visually Appealing Displays.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Convey Merchandising Strategies.

  • A Strong Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And The Ability To Translate Them Into Visually Appealing Displays That Align With Primark's Brand Image.
