  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and promote a safe and inclusive work environment.
  11. Create and maintain employee schedules, and manage payroll and budget for the team.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make strategic decisions.
  13. Continuously look for ways to improve the team's performance and customer experience.
  14. Represent the company's values and promote a positive brand image.
  15. Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new team members.
