Retail Assistant

At Primark, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Retail Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be responsible for providing our customers with excellent service, while ensuring the store is always looking its best.The ideal candidate for this role should have an outgoing, friendly personality and a passion for helping customers find exactly what they’re looking for. You should be comfortable working on your own and as part of a team, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently. You should also have a good understanding of customer service and the ability to handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.In addition, you should be comfortable with using computer systems such as POS and have a basic understanding of stock management. If you have prior retail or customer service experience all the better.We’re looking for someone with the drive and enthusiasm to take on this challenging role and help us maintain our high standards of customer service.
