  1. Monitor and maintain stock levels in the store to ensure shelves are adequately stocked at all times.
  2. Receive and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment.
  3. Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
  4. Work closely with the buying and merchandising teams to identify trends and forecast demand for specific products.
  5. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure popular items are always available and communicated to customers.
  6. Organize and maintain the stock room, ensuring all items are properly labeled and easy to locate.
  7. Assist with pricing and tagging merchandise, ensuring all products are accurately priced and displayed.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to create visually appealing displays and ensure the store is always well-presented.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with any inquiries or requests regarding merchandise.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to make recommendations for improving the replenishment process.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes within the replenishment department.
  13. Train and mentor new team members on replenishment processes and procedures.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
  15. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Similar Role Such As Stockroom Associate Or Inventory Control.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Accurately Track And Monitor Inventory Levels.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As The Role Involves Working Closely With Store Associates And Management.

  • Familiarity With Inventory Management Software And Systems, As Well As Basic Computer Skills.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Physically Demanding Environment, Including Lifting And Carrying Heavy Boxes And Standing For Extended Periods Of Time.
