Job Description

As the Packaging & Labelling Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the success of our company by overseeing the packaging and labelling process for all of our products.   1. Oversee the packaging and labelling process for all products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Develop and maintain packaging and labelling standards and guidelines for all products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate packaging and labelling of products.
  4. Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure packaging and labelling meets company standards.
  5. Monitor and track inventory levels of packaging materials and initiate orders as needed.
  6. Train and supervise packaging and labelling team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  7. Continuously assess and improve packaging and labelling processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  8. Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of packaging materials and resolve any issues that may arise.
  9. Work closely with the product development team to ensure packaging and labelling meets product specifications and requirements.
  10. Maintain accurate records of all packaging and labelling activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to packaging and labelling processes.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure packaging and labelling aligns with brand guidelines and enhances product presentation.
  13. Attend production meetings and provide updates on packaging and labelling progress.
  14. Ensure all packaging and labelling equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  15. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Packaging And Labelling: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, With A Strong Understanding Of Packaging And Labelling Requirements In The Retail Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Product Safety Regulations: A Packaging & Labelling Coordinator At Primark Must Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Product Safety Regulations And Compliance Standards In Order To Ensure All Packaging And Labelling Materials Are In Line With Legal Requirements.

  • Attention To Detail: This Role Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail In Order To Accurately Review And Approve Packaging And Labelling Designs. The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Design And Be Able To Spot Any Potential Errors Or Discrepancies.

  • Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Manage Multiple Packaging And Labelling Projects Simultaneously, Ensuring They Are Completed On Time And Within Budget. This Requires Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills.

  • Team Player: As A Packaging & Labelling Coordinator, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams Including Design, Production, And Quality Control.
