  1. Oversee and manage the operations of the store during overnight shifts.
  2. Ensure that the store is properly staffed and all team members are fulfilling their assigned duties.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed to ensure availability for customers.
  4. Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and minimize waste during overnight hours.
  5. Collaborate with other managers to create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
  6. Train and mentor team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  7. Address any customer or employee concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

  10. Create and maintain shift schedules for team members, taking into account peak business hours and employee availability.

  12. Oversee cash management and ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Supervisory Experience: The Ideal Candidate For An Overnight Manager Position At Primark Should Have Prior Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Setting. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Effectively.
