1. Assist in the daily operations of the store, including but not limited to stock management, inventory control, and customer service.
2. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas of the store are well-maintained and fully stocked.
4. Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns and providing exceptional service.
5. Help to implement and maintain company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
6. Monitor and report on inventory levels, identifying any discrepancies or issues and taking appropriate action.
7. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
8. Support the store manager in creating and implementing strategies to improve store efficiency and productivity.
9. Assist with training and mentoring new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures.
10. Proactively identify and resolve any operational challenges that may arise, communicating with management as needed.
11. Help to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, promoting brand loyalty and increasing sales.
12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, making recommendations for process improvements as needed.
13. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all health and safety regulations.
14. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.
