- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and values.
- Create and manage various communication channels, including newsletters, emails, intranet, and social media, to ensure consistent and effective communication with employees.
- Collaborate with various departments and leaders across the organization to gather information and craft key messages to share with employees.
- Plan and execute events, campaigns, and initiatives to promote employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for internal communication efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve employee engagement.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating open communication and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
