  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Drive sales by creating and executing strategies to meet and exceed department targets.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of the latest fashion trends and ensure that the department's merchandise reflects these trends.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and work with the buying team to ensure the department has a diverse and well-stocked selection of products.

  10. Collaborate with other department managers and store leadership to achieve overall store goals and objectives.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ activities to make strategic business decisions.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
  13. Handle any customer complaints or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized department to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  15. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Retail Management Experience: A Successful Department Manager At Primark Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably Within The Fashion Industry. This Experience Should Include Overseeing The Daily Operations Of A Department, Managing A Team Of Employees, And Meeting Sales Targets.
