- Oversee the operations of one of our departments to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets for the department.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve individual and departmental goals.
- Train and develop team members to improve performance and provide opportunities for growth.
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to meet demand and minimize losses.
- Collaborate with other Department Managers and store management to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and encourages employee engagement.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and provide regular reports on department performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by store management.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Retail Management Experience, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team Of At Least 10 Employees.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Customers And Employees.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Targets, With A Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations And Inventory Management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field Is Preferred.
