  1. Develop and drive the People Analytics and AI strategy within the Workforce Transformation team at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions for clients' workforce challenges.
  3. Lead the design and deployment of innovative people analytics and AI tools and technologies.
  4. Utilize a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices to advise clients on workforce transformation strategies.
  5. Manage and mentor a team of professionals to deliver high-quality and impactful solutions to clients.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  7. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in workforce management.
  8. Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and people analytics to continuously enhance PwC's offerings.
  9. Communicate complex concepts and data insights in a clear and concise manner to clients and internal stakeholders.
  10. Collaborate with PwC leadership to develop and implement a long-term vision for the Workforce Transformation team.
  11. Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and presenting at client meetings.
  12. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all projects.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
  14. Represent PwC as a thought leader in the field of workforce transformation through speaking engagements and publications.
  15. Continuously monitor and analyze the impact of people analytics and AI solutions on clients' workforce performance and make recommendations for improvement.
