- Develop and drive the People Analytics and AI strategy within the Workforce Transformation team at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions for clients' workforce challenges.
- Lead the design and deployment of innovative people analytics and AI tools and technologies.
- Utilize a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices to advise clients on workforce transformation strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals to deliver high-quality and impactful solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in workforce management.

Extensive Experience In Workforce Transformation And People Analytics: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Leading Workforce Transformation Projects And Utilizing People Analytics To Drive Organizational Change. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Latest Trends And Best Practices In This Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data Sets To Identify Trends, Patterns, And Insights.
