Job Description

PwC is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Workday Technology Integrations Consultant, Manager to join our team. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional with a passion for technology and a proven track record of successful integrations. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology integration role, with a focus on Workday integration. They must be knowledgeable about the Workday landscape and have experience with both the Workday HCM and integrations platforms. They must also have expertise in developing and managing complex integration solutions, including the design, development, and implementation of integrations. In addition, the ideal candidate should possess an understanding of the various integration components and their usage in the Workday environment. We are looking for a team player who is passionate about technology and can work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage complex integration solutions for Workday, including design, development, and implementation.
  2. Work with various integration components and their usage in a Workday environment.
  3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Workday landscape, with a focus on HCM and integrations platforms.
  4. Provide technical, analytical, and problem-solving support.
  5. Create and maintain documentation for integrations solutions.
  6. Facilitate collaboration with other teams to ensure successful integration.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  8. Evaluate existing integrations and recommend improvements.
  9. Monitor integration performance and provide ongoing support.
  10. Stay up to date with the latest Workday integration best practices and technologies.
