Job Description

At PricewaterhouseCoopers, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Workday Technology Integrations Consultant who has a passion for problem-solving. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful integration of Workday with other technology applications and systems. You must have a comprehensive understanding of Workday and technology integrations, as well as a strong customer service orientation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Workday integrations role, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong attention to detail. If you are a motivated, tech-savvy individual with a dedication to excellent customer service, this could be the perfect job for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate the integration of Workday with other technology applications and systems.
  2. Troubleshoot any integration-related issues that may arise.
  3. Provide technical and non-technical support to customers throughout the integration process.
  4. Monitor the performance of Workday integrations to ensure stability and accuracy.
  5. Ensure customer expectations are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  6. Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful integration projects.
  7. Act as a point of contact for any integration-related inquiries.
  8. Create detailed documentation for Workday integrations.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to improve the integration process.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
