Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze data using Workday Prism to deliver insights and analytics that drive business decisions.
  2. Utilize large datasets to inform business decisions.
  3. Develop data visualization tools to present analytics in an easy-to-understand format.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  5. Monitor trends in the industry to identify areas of opportunity and suggest solutions.
  6. Utilize analytical skills to find creative solutions to business challenges.
  7. Collaborate with members of the team to ensure accuracy of analytics and solutions.
  8. Prepare and present reports to clients and other stakeholders.
