  1. Lead and manage high-impact Workday HCM Payroll implementation projects for clients.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and design tailored solutions to meet their payroll requirements.
  3. Utilize expertise in Workday HCM Payroll to drive successful outcomes for clients.
  4. Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in payroll regulations to ensure the implementation process is compliant and efficient.
  6. Use project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
  7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop their skills in Workday HCM Payroll.
  8. Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions to clients on Workday HCM Payroll processes and best practices.
  9. Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline payroll processes for clients.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM Payroll for both internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  12. Collaborate with other teams and departments within the organization to leverage resources and expertise for successful project delivery.
  13. Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client meetings, to help grow the Workday HCM Payroll practice.
  14. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth by seeking out new challenges and opportunities for learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Workday Hcm And Payroll: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Hcm And Payroll, Including Hands-On Experience With Configuration, Integration, Testing, And Post-Implementation Support.
