  1. Lead and manage Workday HCM and payroll implementations for clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate Workday HCM and payroll solutions.
  3. Develop project plans and timelines, and effectively communicate project progress and status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  4. Utilize your expertise in Workday HCM and payroll processes to provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process.
  5. Conduct trainings and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Workday HCM and payroll systems.
  6. Effectively manage project budgets and resources, ensuring project profitability.
  7. Keep up-to-date with the latest Workday HCM and payroll updates and industry trends, and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  8. Mentor and train junior consultants, providing guidance and support in their development.
  9. Proactively identify and solve issues and risks that may impact project delivery and client satisfaction.
  10. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and promoting future business opportunities.
  11. Stay aligned with PricewaterhouseCoopers' values and standards, and adhere to project management best practices.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance our Workday HCM and payroll implementation processes.
  13. Travel to client sites as needed to support project delivery.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Workday Hcm And Payroll Modules: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Workday Hcm And Payroll Modules, Including Their Configuration, Integration, And Reporting Capabilities. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successful Workday Implementations And Upgrades.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: As A Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing Workday Hcm And Payroll Implementation Projects. They Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Create Project Plans, Manage Timelines, And Communicate Effectively With Both Clients And Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Hr And Payroll Processes: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hr And Payroll Processes, Including Payroll Calculations, Tax Laws, And Compliance Requirements. They Should Also Be Familiar With Common Hr And Payroll Challenges Faced By Organizations And Have The Ability To Provide Innovative Solutions.

  • Consulting Experience: Pricewaterhousecoopers Is A Consulting Firm, And The Candidate Should Have Prior Consulting Experience, Preferably In The Hr And Payroll Domain. They Should Be Able To Work Closely With Clients, Understand Their Business Needs, And Provide Them With Expert Guidance And Recommendations.
