- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate Workday HCM and payroll solutions.
- Develop project plans and timelines, and effectively communicate project progress and status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize your expertise in Workday HCM and payroll processes to provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process.
- Conduct trainings and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Workday HCM and payroll systems.
- Effectively manage project budgets and resources, ensuring project profitability.

- Mentor and train junior consultants, providing guidance and support in their development.

Extensive Experience With Workday Hcm And Payroll Modules: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Workday Hcm And Payroll Modules, Including Their Configuration, Integration, And Reporting Capabilities. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successful Workday Implementations And Upgrades.
Strong Project Management Skills: As A Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing Workday Hcm And Payroll Implementation Projects.
