- Lead and manage implementation projects for Workday HCM and Payroll systems for clients.
- Utilize expertise in Workday HCM and Payroll to provide guidance and recommendations to clients on system configuration and optimization.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that align with their goals.
- Develop project plans and timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the implementation process.
- Train and mentor team members on Workday HCM and Payroll best practices and methodologies.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality and accuracy.
- Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and scope changes to ensure successful outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in Workday HCM and Payroll.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to drive future business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and enhance Workday implementation processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing Workday Hcm And Payroll Solutions.
Strong Understanding Of Hr And Payroll Processes, Laws, And Regulations.
Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of Consultants In A Fast-Paced, Client-Facing Environment.
