  1. Lead and manage Workday HCM payroll implementations for clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.
  2. Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions within the Workday platform.
  3. Utilize strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems to optimize Workday payroll solutions for clients.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert on Workday payroll, staying up-to-date on the latest system updates and enhancements.
  6. Utilize strong project management skills to effectively plan, organize, and execute implementations.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and functional consultants, to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues during implementations, and proactively communicate with clients to address any concerns.
  9. Provide training and support to clients on Workday payroll processes and system functionality.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the overall client experience.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to Workday HCM payroll.
  12. Collaborate with team members and leaders to share knowledge and drive continuous learning and improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Workday Hcm And Payroll: A Qualified Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Workday Hcm And Payroll Functionality, Including Configuration, Integration, And Troubleshooting.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Consultant Will Be Responsible For Leading Workday Hcm And Payroll Implementation Projects, So They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects From Start To Finish.

  • Technical Expertise: In Addition To Functional Knowledge, The Ideal Candidate Should Also Possess Technical Skills Such As Data Conversion, Report Writing, And System Testing To Ensure A Smooth And Efficient Implementation Process.

  • Knowledge Of Hr And Payroll Processes: The Consultant Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Human Resources And Payroll Processes, Including But Not Limited To Employee Data Management, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, And Payroll Processing.

  • Excellent Communication And Client Management Skills: As A Manager, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Communicate Clearly And Effectively With Clients, Manage Expectations, And Build Strong Relationships To Ensure The Success Of The Project. Therefore, Strong Communication And Client Management Skills Are Essential Qualifications For This Role.
