  1. Lead and manage the implementation of Workday's payroll solutions for clients.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions utilizing Workday HCM and payroll processes.
  3. Develop project plans and timelines to ensure timely and successful implementation of Workday payroll.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
  5. Train and mentor team members on Workday HCM and payroll processes.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to Workday payroll.
  7. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and functionality of the implemented payroll solutions.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the implementation process.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday payroll with other systems.
  10. Provide ongoing support to clients after the implementation, addressing any questions or concerns and making necessary updates or changes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Accounting, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Workday Hcm Payroll Implementations

  • Strong Understanding Of Payroll Processes And Regulations, Including Tax Laws And Employee Benefits

  • Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of Consultants In A Fast-Paced, Client-Facing Environment

  • Workday Hcm Payroll Certification And Knowledge Of Other Workday Modules, Such As Time Tracking And Absence Management.
