- Lead and manage the implementation of Workday's Human Capital Management and Payroll systems for clients.
- Utilize expertise and leadership skills to guide clients through the transition to Workday.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communication and ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including technical consultants, business analysts, and project managers.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams to ensure a smooth transition to Workday.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR technology, specifically in Workday.
- Analyze client requirements and provide recommendations for process improvements and system configurations.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Prepare and present project progress and status reports to clients and senior management.
