- Lead and manage Workday HCM and payroll implementations projects for various clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
- Utilize technical expertise and knowledge of Workday to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations and processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM and payroll, providing guidance and support to clients and team members.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for Workday implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact throughout the implementation process.
- Stay current on industry trends and updates related to Workday HCM and payroll, and share knowledge with team members and clients.
- Train and mentor junior team members on Workday HCM and payroll best practices and processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Identify and proactively resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the implementation process.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, adapting to changing priorities and timelines as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards, as well as data privacy and security protocols.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize Workday HCM and payroll processes and configurations for clients.
- Represent the company and promote our services at industry events and conferences.
- Act as a role model for our company values and culture, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Workday Hcm And Payroll Modules, Including At Least Two Full-Cycle Implementations.
Strong Understanding Of Payroll Processes And Compliance Regulations, Including State And Federal Taxes, Benefits, And Payroll Reporting.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Manage Client Expectations Throughout The Implementation Process.
Demonstrated Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Issues, And Develop Creative Solutions To Meet Client Needs.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Colleagues At All Levels Of The Organization.
