- Lead a team of experts in providing guidance and support to clients on security and controls matters related to Workday cloud systems.

Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Oversee The Implementation Of Security And Controls Strategies. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Direction, And Make Critical Decisions.
Experience With Risk Management And Compliance: The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Risk Management And Compliance Frameworks, Such As Iso 27001, Gdpr, And Sox. They Should Be Able To Identify Potential Risks And Implement Controls To Mitigate Them.
