  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of client's current customer experience processes and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing customer experience.
  3. Utilize knowledge of the utilities industry to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  4. Conduct research and keep up-to-date with industry trends to inform project strategies.
  5. Communicate and present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and effective manner.
  6. Lead and facilitate client workshops and meetings to gather requirements and understand their business needs.
  7. Design and document functional requirements and processes to support client's customer experience goals.
  8. Work closely with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are translated accurately into technical solutions.
  9. Develop and execute test plans to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  10. Provide training and support to clients on new processes and systems.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert for customer experience and functional analysis within the utilities industry.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of implemented solutions and make recommendations for further improvements.
  13. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  14. Stay current with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to customer experience in the utilities sector.
  15. Assist in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Utilities Industry And/Or Customer Experience (Cx) Related Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cx Principles And Practices, With Experience In Implementing Cx Solutions.

  • Proficiency In Relevant Cx Technologies And Platforms, Such As Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Or Oracle Cx.
