We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our UKG Workforce Time & Absence Management team.As a Senior Associate, you will play a vital role in helping our clients optimize their workforce management processes through the use of UKG's industry-leading solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs, design and implement customized solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of workforce management principles and experience with UKG's Time & Absence Management module. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also essential.   1. Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce management needs and provide bespoke solutions using UKG's Time & Absence Management module.
  2. Design and implement efficient and effective workforce management processes for clients, utilizing UKG's technology and industry best practices.
  3. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure the successful implementation and utilization of UKG's solutions.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of client data to identify areas of improvement and develop recommendations for optimization.
  5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet client deadlines.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in workforce management to continuously improve our services and offerings.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert in UKG Time & Absence Management, providing guidance and training to junior team members.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the team.
  10. Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget.
  11. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for PwC, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Workforce Time And Absence Management, Preferably In A Large Organization Or Consulting Firm.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Uk Employment Laws And Regulations Related To Time And Absence Management.

  • Proficiency In Using Time And Absence Management Software, Such As Kronos, Sap, Or Workday.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Teams And Clients.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Professional Certification In Hr Or Workforce Management Is A Plus.
