  1. Serve as a subject matter expert on UKG Workforce Time & Absence Management for clients and colleagues.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their specific workforce management needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Utilize innovative technology and strategies to improve and optimize clients' workforce time and absence processes.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of clients' existing HR and payroll systems to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and implement efficient and effective processes for time and absence management.
  6. Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use the UKG Workforce Time & Absence Management system.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in workforce management and share knowledge with clients and colleagues.
  8. Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  9. Handle and resolve any client concerns or issues related to workforce time and absence management.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of clients' workforce management systems and recommend improvements as needed.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  12. Participate in business development activities to help grow the UKG Workforce Time & Absence Management practice.
  13. Mentor and train junior associates to help them develop their skills and knowledge in workforce management.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and project progress.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Workforce Time And Absence Management, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Uk Labor Laws And Regulations Related To Time And Absence Management.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.
