- Develop and implement strategies for effective workforce management using UKG Pro WFM software.
- Oversee and analyze workforce data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand their workforce needs and provide solutions using UKG Pro WFM.
- Train and mentor team members on the use of UKG Pro WFM and ensure their compliance with established processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in workforce management technology to continually improve processes and systems.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying any potential issues and proactively addressing them to ensure project success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all UKG Pro WFM related inquiries and issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of workforce management processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for workforce management across the organization.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on workforce management performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to workforce management.
- Participate in the selection and implementation of new workforce management technologies or software.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the workforce management team.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our workforce management capabilities.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment.
Extensive Knowledge Of Uk Labor Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Experience With Workforce Planning And Forecasting, Scheduling, And Performance Management.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Workforce Management Software And Tools.
