- Manage and lead a team responsible for implementing and optimizing the UKG Dimensions platform for clients.
- Partner with clients to understand their workforce management needs and provide tailored solutions using the UKG Dimensions platform.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology to drive operational efficiency and improve employee engagement for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce management to continuously improve services and offerings.
- Act as a subject matter expert on UKG Dimensions and provide guidance and training to team members and clients.
- Create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for client implementations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during client implementations or ongoing support.

Extensive Experience In Workforce Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, With A Deep Understanding Of The Ukg Dimensions Software And Its Functionalities.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Workforce Management Professionals. The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Managing And Leading Teams, As Well As The Ability To Provide Strategic Direction And Drive Results.
