  1. Develop and manage the entire proposal process for the Trust practice, including coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information and input for proposals, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  3. Conduct thorough reviews and edits of proposals to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  4. Create and maintain a library of proposal content and templates for use in future proposals.
  5. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure proposals are competitive and innovative.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and materials for proposals.
  7. Manage multiple proposals simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  8. Coordinate and lead proposal strategy meetings with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize win potential.
  9. Identify and propose improvements to the proposal process, including implementing best practices and streamlining procedures.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless proposal process.
  11. Monitor and track proposal success rates and provide regular reports to management.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on proposal management, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for the firm, ensuring that all proposals are aligned with company values and messaging.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve proposal content and processes to enhance the firm's competitiveness and success.
  15. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform proposal strategies and content.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Proposal Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Trust Services And Solutions, Including Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Proposals Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present Proposals To Clients.
