- Lead and manage the trust proposal process for the organization.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's trust services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and develop proposals that meet client requirements.
- Ensure all proposals adhere to company standards and comply with relevant regulations and policies.
- Review and edit proposal content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and develop innovative proposals.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to incorporate technical information into proposals.
- Manage proposal timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and issues related to proposals.
- Attend and participate in meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on proposal progress.
- Mentor and train junior team members on proposal development best practices.
- Continuously improve and streamline the proposal process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in trust services and proposal management.
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all proposals.
- Uphold the company's values and represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Proposal Management, Preferably In The Professional Services Industry.
A Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering High-Quality Proposals For Complex Projects.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Meet Tight Deadlines.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Build Relationships.
