- Develop and manage trust proposals to support the trust services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Work closely with the trust services team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the proposal process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure proposals are comprehensive and accurate.
- Monitor market trends and competition to ensure proposals are competitive and reflect industry best practices.
- Utilize strong technical knowledge and business acumen to effectively communicate the value of PricewaterhouseCoopers' trust services to clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of proposals and adherence to established guidelines and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to proposal team members, including training and coaching as needed.
- Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, prioritizing workload and meeting tight deadlines.
- Continuously improve the proposal process, incorporating feedback and implementing best practices.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent PricewaterhouseCoopers' brand and values in all interactions with clients and team members.
- Stay updated on industry developments and regulations related to trust services to inform proposal strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify potential clients and develop tailored proposals to meet their needs.
- Monitor proposal outcomes and provide feedback to improve future proposals.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the trust services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Proposal Management, Preferably In A Professional Services Firm.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Proposals Concurrently.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Tailor Messages To Different Audiences.
Knowledge Of Government Contracting And Procurement Processes, As Well As Experience Working With Trust Or Financial Services Clients.
