In this role, you will play a critical role in developing and managing trust proposals for our clients, ensuring that they are delivered with the highest level of quality and accuracy.   1. Develop and manage trust proposals for clients, ensuring they are delivered with the highest level of quality and accuracy.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and effectively communicate PricewaterhouseCoopers' value proposition.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including subject matter experts and account managers, to gather necessary information and insights for proposal development.
  4. Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to inform proposal content.
  5. Utilize proposal management software and systems to efficiently manage and track proposal development and submission.
  6. Coordinate and lead proposal kick-off meetings, status update meetings, and review meetings to ensure alignment and progress throughout the proposal process.
  7. Review and edit proposal content for consistency, clarity, and alignment with client requirements and PricewaterhouseCoopers' brand standards.
  8. Work closely with the sales team to strategize and tailor proposals to specific clients and opportunities.
  9. Ensure all proposals are submitted on time and in compliance with client requirements.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze proposal outcomes and provide recommendations for improvements to increase win rates.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in proposal management and the trust industry.
  12. Train and mentor junior proposal team members to ensure consistent and high-quality proposal delivery.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills With The Ability To Manage Multiple Proposals Simultaneously.

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Proposal Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Trust And Estate Planning Services And Products.

  • Exceptional Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With Experience In Writing And Editing Proposals.
