  1. Lead the development and execution of high-quality and persuasive proposals for potential clients.
  2. Utilize your expertise in project management, business development, and trust services to craft winning proposals that highlight the firm's capabilities and value proposition.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts and business development professionals, to gather necessary information and insights for proposals.
  4. Manage the proposal process from start to finish, including conducting research, writing and editing content, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
  5. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of trust services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to position the firm as a leader in the market.
  6. Effectively communicate and present proposals to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and how the firm's services can meet those needs.
  7. Continuously improve the proposal development process, including templates, content, and overall strategy, to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and professional proposal documents.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on trust services and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  10. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to expand the firm's network and generate leads for potential clients.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and market trends to inform proposal strategy and content.
  12. Manage and maintain proposal data and metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement.
  13. Uphold the firm's brand and reputation by ensuring all proposals adhere to brand standards and accurately represent the firm's image and messaging.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Proposal Management, Preferably In The Trust And Wealth Management Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Trust And Fiduciary Services, Including Legal And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Proposals Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information To Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
