  1. Lead and manage the implementation of tax software and systems for PricewaterhouseCoopers clients.
  2. Utilize technology to drive efficiencies, improve processes, and optimize tax strategies for clients.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their tax needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in tax technology to identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of tax software and systems.
  6. Conduct thorough needs assessments and create customized implementation plans for each client.
  7. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  8. Train and mentor team members on tax software and systems, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
  9. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues during the implementation process.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the implementation process to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote tax software and systems implementation services to potential clients.
  12. Participate in industry events and conferences to showcase PricewaterhouseCoopers' expertise in tax software and systems implementation.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent PricewaterhouseCoopers with integrity and excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Implementing Tax Software And Systems, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Firm.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Tax Software And Systems Implementation Projects.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Tax Regulations And Compliance Requirements, As Well As Experience With Tax Software Such As Thomson Reuters Onesource, Vertex, Or Avalara.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Internal Teams To Deliver High-Quality Solutions.
