  1. Oversee the implementation and management of tax software and systems for clients.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored tax technology solutions.
  3. Identify and evaluate new tax software and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness for clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of tax software implementation projects.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for tax software implementations.
  6. Lead and manage a team of tax technology professionals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
  7. Conduct regular trainings and updates for clients on new tax software and systems.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to tax software and systems.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of tax software implementation projects.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of tax software and systems, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for enhancements.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in tax technology to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  12. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to maintain and enhance relationships and ensure successful implementation of tax software and systems.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the tax technology team.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security standards throughout all tax software and system implementations.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our tax technology capabilities.
