  1. Provide expert tax and financial planning advice to individuals and families to help them make informed financial decisions for their personal wealth.
  2. Navigate complex tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and maximize financial benefits for clients.
  3. Offer strategic guidance and recommendations to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service and establishing trust and confidence in the firm.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice and recommendations.
  6. Collaborate with other team members, including partners and managers, to develop comprehensive and effective financial strategies for clients.
  7. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential tax planning opportunities for clients.
  8. Prepare and review tax returns and financial statements for individuals and families.
  9. Manage and prioritize multiple client engagements and deadlines efficiently.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  11. Represent the firm in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  12. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth, seeking out opportunities for learning and development.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining client confidentiality.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Cpa Certification Or Working Towards Obtaining Cpa License.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Tax Laws And Regulations.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Tax Preparation And Planning For Individual Clients.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
