- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on tax implications of mergers and acquisitions.
- Analyze and interpret complex tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities for clients.
- Act as a key liaison between clients and PricewaterhouseCoopers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Identify and assess potential tax risks and issues in M&A transactions and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and review of tax documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Lead and manage a team of tax professionals to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services to clients.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and provide proactive advice to clients to help them stay compliant.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within PricewaterhouseCoopers to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to help clients achieve their business goals and objectives.
- Represent PricewaterhouseCoopers in client meetings, conferences, and other professional events, showcasing our expertise and capabilities.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Uphold the values and standards of PricewaterhouseCoopers, ensuring all work is done with integrity and professionalism.
Extensive Knowledge Of Tax Laws And Regulations Related To Mergers And Acquisitions, Including Experience In Cross-Border Transactions.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Identify Potential Tax Risks And Opportunities In M&A Deals.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Tax Role, Preferably In A Big 4 Accounting Firm Or A Large Corporation.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Tax Concepts To Clients And Team Members.
Cpa Or Equivalent Certification, With A Thorough Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Financial Reporting.
