- Conduct research and analysis on various tax laws and regulations to assist in providing accurate advice to clients.
- Assist in the preparation and review of tax returns and other related documents.
- Collaborate with team members and senior professionals to develop and implement tax strategies for clients.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in tax law.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the firm, communicating and addressing any tax-related concerns.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and share relevant information with the team.
- Support the team in providing high-quality and timely services to clients.
- Work on special projects and assignments to gain practical experience in tax law.
- Take responsibility for maintaining accurate and organized work files and documents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other industry professionals.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Uphold the firm's values and ethical standards in all aspects of work.
- Take ownership of personal and professional development, seeking guidance and feedback from senior professionals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvement and efficiency.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection policies in handling sensitive client information.
Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School With A Focus On Tax Law.
Master Of Laws (Llm) In Taxation Degree From A Top-Ranked Program.
Strong Academic Performance, Including A Minimum Gpa Of 3.5.
Prior Experience In Tax Law, Either Through Internships, Clinical Programs, Or Previous Employment.
Excellent Research, Writing, And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Tax Issues And Provide Practical Solutions.
