  1. Conduct tax compliance and consulting services for clients, including tax preparation and filing.
  2. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant filing.
  3. Collaborate with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience and knowledge in the field of tax.
  4. Analyze financial data and documents to identify potential tax savings opportunities for clients.
  5. Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  6. Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and address any questions or concerns.
  7. Maintain detailed and organized records of all tax-related documents and information.
  8. Utilize tax software and other relevant tools to efficiently and effectively complete tax-related tasks.
  9. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of tax services.
  10. Act with integrity and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive financial information.
  11. Adhere to all internal policies and procedures, as well as external laws and regulations.
  12. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in tax preparation and consulting.
  13. Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles and their application in tax services.
  14. Assist in special projects and assignments as needed.
  15. Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities and complete them within established timelines.
  16. Foster positive relationships with team members and clients, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  17. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the organization.
  18. Contribute to a positive and professional image of the company in all interactions with clients and external parties.
  19. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks and projects.
