Job Description

PricewaterhouseCoopers is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Tax Associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a tax background and is committed to delivering exceptional client service. Our Tax Associates play a key role in providing tax services to our clients while always meeting high standards of accuracy and compliance. To excel in this position, the candidate must have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required, along with a CPA designation. Experience with tax compliance and familiarity with tax software is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with tax services for clients, including tax compliance, audits, and tax planning.
  2. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
  3. Prepare and review tax documents and returns.
  4. Keep up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations.
  5. Maintain client files in an organized and accurate manner.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  7. Manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  8. Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy of work.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on tax related matters.
