  1. Advise Clients on Sustainability: As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on how to integrate sustainability into their capital projects and infrastructure investments. This includes identifying opportunities for sustainable practices, developing strategies, and implementing solutions.
  2. Project Management: You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the client's sustainability goals. This includes creating project plans, coordinating with team members, and providing regular updates to clients.
  3. Conduct Research and Analysis: You will be expected to conduct thorough research and analysis on sustainability trends, best practices, and regulations to inform project recommendations and strategies. This may involve analyzing data, conducting interviews, and reviewing industry reports.
  4. Collaborate with Team Members: As part of our Sustainability team, you will collaborate with other team members to develop innovative sustainability solutions and share knowledge and expertise. This includes participating in team meetings, contributing to brainstorming sessions, and sharing relevant resources and information.
  5. Stay Updated on Industry Developments: It will be your responsibility to stay updated on the latest developments and trends in both capital project management and sustainability. This will help ensure that our recommendations and strategies are in line with industry standards and best practices.
  6. Client Relationship Management: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals, and providing exceptional customer service. This may involve regular communication, addressing any concerns or issues, and identifying new business opportunities.
  7. Represent the Firm: As a Senior Associate, you will be representing PricewaterhouseCoopers and our Sustainability team to clients and other stakeholders. This requires maintaining a professional image, showcasing our expertise and services, and upholding our values and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sustainability, Capital Project Management, And Infrastructure Development, Preferably In A Consulting Or Advisory Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Sustainable Design Principles, Green Building Certification Systems, And Renewable Energy Technologies.

  • Experience In Project Management, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Client Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Sustainability Concepts To Diverse Stakeholders.
