
Sustainability - Capital Project and Infrastructure Manager

- Develop and implement sustainable solutions for capital projects and infrastructure development in line with ESG principles.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their sustainability goals and develop customized strategies to achieve them.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of sustainability initiatives, including project planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential sustainability risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to promote the importance of sustainability in capital project management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to sustainability and integrate them into project plans.
- Lead sustainability training and education initiatives for team members and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support.
- Monitor and report on the progress and impact of sustainability initiatives to key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of project management and sustainability practices.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Sustainability Or Infrastructure Sector.
Strong Understanding Of Sustainable Development Principles And Experience In Implementing Sustainable Practices In Capital Projects And Infrastructure.
Demonstrated Experience In Project Budgeting, Cost Control, And Risk Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Clients, And Stakeholders.
