  1. Develop and implement strategic operations plans for pharmaceutical and medical technology companies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Lead project teams in delivering high-quality solutions to clients, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  3. Conduct in-depth industry research and analysis to identify market trends and competitive landscape for clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, identify key insights, and develop strategic recommendations for clients.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, present findings and recommendations, and build strong relationships.
  6. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, guiding their development and growth within the company.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends, and actively contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the team.
  8. Proactively identify opportunities for business development and contribute to proposal writing and client presentations.
  9. Uphold the company's values and maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  10. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Business, Healthcare, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Strategy Consulting Role, Specifically Within The Pharmaceutical And Medtech Industries.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Projects Related To Operations Strategy In The Healthcare Sector.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Trends And Regulatory Landscape For Pharmaceutical And Medtech Companies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
