- Develop and implement operational strategies for clients in the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Partner with clients to understand their unique challenges and identify opportunities for improvement in their operations.

Advanced Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field: A Manager At Strategy& Pharma And Medtech Operations Strategy Is Expected To Have An Advanced Degree Such As An Mba Or Phd In Business Administration Or A Related Field. This Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of Business Principles And Strategic Thinking.
5+ Years Of Experience In The Pharma Or Medtech Industry: Candidates For This Role Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Pharma Or Medtech Industry, Preferably In A Consulting Or Strategy Role. This Experience Will Provide A Strong Foundation For Understanding The Complexities Of The Industry And Developing Effective Strategies.
Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Regulations: The Pharma And Medtech Industries Are Constantly Evolving And Facing Regulatory Challenges. A Manager At Strategy& Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Trends And Regulations To Effectively Advise Clients And Develop Strategies That Comply With Regulations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Manager, One Must Have Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Key Issues And Develop Effective Solutions For Clients. This Includes The Ability To Gather And Analyze Data, Think Critically, And Present Findings In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Excellent Project Management And Communication Skills: This Role Requires Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Coordinating With Various Stakeholders.
