- Lead the implementation and enhancement of SAP's WFS software for clients.
- Utilize strong understanding of SAP to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
- Collaborate with clients to analyze and optimize their workforce management processes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for WFS implementation projects.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Train and mentor team members on WFS software and best practices for workforce management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in SAP WFS technology.
- Proactively identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to clients and senior management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
- Continuously strive for excellence in delivering high-quality and timely results.
- Represent PricewaterhouseCoopers as a subject matter expert in WFS software at conferences and events.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Working With Sap Workforce Software (Wfs) And Proven Expertise In Its Implementation, Configuration, And Maintenance.
Strong Project Management Skills With Experience Leading Teams And Managing Project Timelines And Budgets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Stakeholders At All Levels.
Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Best Practices, With A Focus On Workforce Management And Optimization.
