- Lead and manage the SAP Transformation Management Office (TMO) for our utility clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive successful transformational projects for our clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional professional services and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Utilize your strong technical background in SAP to guide and support the TMO team in delivering high-quality services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any project roadblocks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in the utility sector to continuously improve our services.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients and senior management to provide project updates and recommendations.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP and utility industry-related matters.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and collaborate with the sales team to secure new clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's values and standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security.
- Travel to client locations as required.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Information Technology, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Utilities Industry, With A Focus On Sap Tmo Implementation And Optimization.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Tmo Processes And Best Practices, Including Experience With Sap S/4Hana And Other Relevant Modules.
Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Large-Scale Implementation Projects, Including Budgeting, Resource Management, And Stakeholder Communication.
