1. Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration & Integration Suite.
2. Lead data migration and integration projects for clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet client needs.
4. Develop and execute data migration and integration strategies that align with client's business objectives.
5. Perform data mapping, transformation, and cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve data migration and integration issues in a timely manner.
7. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and clients.
