- Lead and manage the Salesforce practice for the Pharma & Life Science industry within PricewaterhouseCoopers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients in the Pharma & Life Science industry, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Utilize your expertise in Salesforce to drive digital transformation and deliver impactful solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Salesforce, and use this knowledge to continuously improve and enhance our offerings.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for Salesforce within the Pharma & Life Science industry, representing PricewaterhouseCoopers at conferences and events.
- Ensure project delivery is of high quality, on time, and within budget, while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding our Salesforce practice within the Pharma & Life Science industry.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Extensive Salesforce Experience: A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience Working With Salesforce, Including Implementation, Customization, And Integration In The Pharmaceutical And Life Science Industry.
Knowledge Of Pharma And Life Science Industry: In-Depth Understanding Of The Unique Challenges And Compliance Requirements Of The Pharmaceutical And Life Science Industry, And How Salesforce Can Be Leveraged To Address These Needs.
Team Management Skills: Proven Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Salesforce Professionals, Including Setting Goals, Providing Guidance And Mentorship, And Ensuring Project Success.
Salesforce Certifications: Must Hold At Least One Salesforce Certification, Such As Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant. Additional Certifications Such As Marketing Cloud Or Health Cloud Are Also Highly Desirable.
Consulting Experience: Previous Experience In A Consulting Role, Preferably With A Big Four Firm, Providing Salesforce Solutions To Clients In The Pharmaceutical And Life Science Industry. Strong Communication And Client Management Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
