- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Salesforce to drive growth and revenue for the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities for partnership and co-selling.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at Salesforce and within the company.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the Salesforce ecosystem, staying up-to-date with new developments and trends.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer adoption of Salesforce products and services.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and educate internal teams on the benefits and capabilities of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our partnership with Salesforce.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or conflicts within the partnership.
- Continuously evaluate the market and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to leverage the Salesforce partnership in client meetings and pitches.
- Communicate regularly with the Salesforce Partner Alliance team to align on goals and strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest industry and Salesforce trends and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.
- Uphold and promote the company's values and culture in all interactions with partners and colleagues.
Extensive Experience With Salesforce: A Qualified Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce Products And Services, Including Implementation, Customization, And Integration.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Alliance Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing The Partnership With Salesforce, As Well As Coordinating With Internal Teams And Clients. Therefore, Strong Project Management Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Alliance Manager Will Be The Main Point Of Contact Between Pricewaterhousecoopers And Salesforce, So Effective Communication And Strong Interpersonal Skills Are Critical For Building And Maintaining A Successful Partnership.
